"How have you been practicing during the summer?
Well, summer is a great chance to boost up your energy and try different outdoor exercises. So, if you feel guilty for being easy with your fitness, you want to practice some different activities, or simply just want to hang out with new friends, you are invited to join our Hula-Hoop workshop this Thursday.
Our professional trainer will take us through some simple, but interesting hula-hoop exercises, challenge us with new dances and moves, and provide us useful tips for our daily practice.
And it's not just that. We have interesting participants from all over the world, we have many challenging games, and we will have a lot of fun with the after-party where drinks and snacks are provided. Everything is free, and fun.
